FALCON welding hoses are designed for working pressure net 12.75 kgf/cm2.
A rubber inner tube is manufactured in black colour having uniform and smooth bore.
A reinforcement of natural or synthetic fire is applied by braiding.
A rubber cover of Red / Blue colour is applied over the braided tube with smooth finish.
Red colour is for fuel gases and Blue colour is for oxygen and other non-combustible gases.
At every stage of manufacturing hose is tested for dimensions and visually
inspected for any manufacturing defect.
A finished hose is rigidly tested by our laboratory engineers to meet the requirement of IS-447-1988 viz. tensile strength, elongation, ageing test, hydro-static pressure, burst pressure, working pressure, proof pressure and adhesion test.
